The three apps to know
- Konstella — how the PTA communicates: events, classroom news, class lists, volunteer signups, and committees. Join here, get the app (iOS · Android), then add your child to their classroom each fall (one-time signup — no re-enrolling). Need help? Cheat sheet · training videos · konstella@supportabernethy.org
- ParentVue — PPS portal for schedules, grades, attendance, and messaging teachers.
- ParentSquare — PPS's primary communication platform. An account is auto-created for every parent/guardian; activate it to choose how you get messages.
Enrolling in kindergarten?
Connect to Kindergarten events happen each spring — meet the teachers, tour the school, and get registration help. Watch for dates, or email new@supportabernethy.org.
To register you'll need:
- Proof of age (birth certificate or similar)
- Two documents showing proof of home address (utility, mobile, or other recent bills in a parent's name)
- Immunization records

After school programs

Join the PTA
The nation's first parent group in schools, working for kids for over 100 years. Membership gives you a voice and a vote on the budget and big decisions — and it's a great way to get to know teachers, staff, and other parents.
